Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Automation Test Engineer, a solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) within Agile processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test cases using TOSCA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for telecom applications.
• Maintain and optimize automation frameworks for scalability and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers for resolution.
• Ensure adherence to STLC best practices and maintain comprehensive test documentation.

Required Skills

Automation: Strong hands-on experience in creating and managing automated test scripts.

• STLC & Agile: In-depth knowledge of testing processes and Agile methodologies.
• Telecom Domain Expertise: Understanding of telecom systems, protocols, and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in automation testing.
• ISTQB certification (preferred).

Added Advantage

• AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools, machine learning concepts, or AI-based test optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
