About the Role
The selected candidate will work as a Process Automation Analyst, supporting EMEA delivery teams and stakeholders in identifying, analyzing, and implementing automation opportunities. This is a client-facing role that combines business analysis, stakeholder management, process improvement, automation support, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze automation opportunities across delivery teams.
- Gather, validate, and document business requirements.
- Analyze processes, data, and pain points to drive operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain Excel-based solutions, reports, and analyses.
- Support Power Automate solutions and automation initiatives.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, deployment, and adoption activities.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
- Required Skills & Experience
- ✅ Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- ✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- ✅ Business analysis and process mapping experience
- ✅ Strong stakeholder management skills
- ✅ Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Office Scripts, or Power Apps
- Exposure to process improvement and automation projects
