Note: This position is based in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Please apply only if you are willing to relocate to Erbil.
Salary Range: $2700 - $3200
Role Purpose:
Establishing and implementation of the planned maintenance program across technical department functions (Process, Filling, and Utilities), in addition to Facilities Management and technical support tasks.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
- Planned Maintenance management: documentation, implementation, services/spares preparation, and issuing work orders.
- Lead building maintenance team for timely and cost-efficient maintenance activities.
- Coordinate and assist in installation and qualification of new equipment to ensure quality and timely commissioning.
- Implement and maintain all program requirements: Damwise, ISO 9002, HACCP, PRP, Damaway, Neptune & FSI.
- Lead planning of preventive maintenance of all plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Lead corrective maintenance of all plant equipment to minimize production downtime.
- Prepare and track the maintenance budget to minimize cost.
- Lead spare-parts inventory management to maintain efficient inventory levels.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all maintenance staff.
- Implement approved departmental policies and procedures in a controlled manner.
- Ensure all departmental reports are prepared timely and accurately per company standards.
- Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies.
Job Specifications:
- Experience: 8 years in technical maintenance in a fresh dairy plant or similar environment
- Education: Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics
