Full-time, on-site Director role providing strategic leadership and overall management of TAJ Institute of Information Technology (Private) Limited.
The Director oversees academic programs, training quality, and curriculum development, aligning courses with industry standards and international awarding-body requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise faculty and administrative staff; manage budgets and resources.
- Monitor enrollment and learner outcomes and maintain regulatory and accreditation compliance.
- Collaborate on partnerships and business development initiatives and support marketing and outreach.
- Represent the institute with external stakeholders, regulators, partner organizations, and awarding bodies.
- Set performance targets, implement process improvements, and foster an inclusive learning environment focused on skills development and youth empowerment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership and management in an educational or training institution, including team supervision, strategic planning, and performance management.
- Experience in academic administration, curriculum oversight, and quality assurance for vocational or professional training programs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Competence in organizational planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency with digital tools, office software, and online learning platforms.
- Relevant master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in education management.
Additional beneficial familiarity
- Familiarity with IT, health and safety, and professional certification programs such as IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH, OTHM, or similar is highly beneficial.
Workplace and schedule
- Full-time, on-site position based in Rawalpindi.
