Serve as the primary technical owner for turnkey building automation project delivery.
Provide technical leadership, customer advice, and mentorship to field teams.
Travel as project priorities and field workloads require.
Key responsibilities
- Own installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of DDC systems.
- Deliver software solutions covering sequencing, graphics, and alarms.
- Mentor junior technicians and act as a trusted technical resource.
- Partner with project managers to manage risk and coordinate execution.
- Maintain commissioning logs, progress tracking, and compliant delivery documentation.
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two years of professional building automation or HVAC experience.
- Valid current driver's license with eligibility for company insurance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform extended squatting and climbing.
- Ability to work above 8 feet and use ladders and motorized lift equipment.
- Proficiency with Automated Logic products, system architectures, and ASHRAE guidelines.
Preferred qualifications
- Leadership and mentorship experience in a collaborative field environment.
- Experience delivering turnkey solutions with minimal oversight.
- Advanced integration and TCP/IP or wireless networking skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for controls, sensors, and software.
- Ability to provide technical training and maintain clear documentation.
Compensation
- Annual salary range is $53,000 to $106,000.
- Short-term cash incentives may be available subject to plan requirements.
