Position Overview
Oiliauto LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Auto Products Coordinator to support the management, coordination, and distribution of automotive products within our operations in Lusail.
The role focuses on ensuring smooth product flow, accurate inventory handling, supplier coordination, and efficient internal communication across sales and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily automotive product operations, including oils, lubricants, filters, and related auto parts
- Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure timely replenishment
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to track orders, deliveries, and product availability
- Support the sales and service teams with accurate product information and availability updates
- Maintain product databases and ensure proper documentation of SKUs, pricing, and specifications
- Assist in quality control checks and ensure all received products meet company standards
- Prepare periodic reports on stock status, product performance, and procurement needs
- Help optimize storage and logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce delays
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards in handling automotive products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Experience in automotive products, spare parts, or warehouse coordination is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of automotive oils, lubricants, and parts categories
- Experience with ERP or inventory software systems
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to coordinate across teams
