Auto - Painter

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, cleaning, and priming.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve the required finish.
• Apply paint coatings using spray guns and painting equipment.
• Perform touch-up painting and refinishing works.
• Ensure smooth, even, and defect-free paint finishes.
• Polish and buff painted surfaces after completion.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain spray guns, tools, and painting equipment properly.
• Follow safety procedures while handling paints, thinners, and chemicals.
• Coordinate with denters and mechanics to complete repair works on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the paint area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum **3–5 years of experience** as an Auto Painter in GCC garage or workshop.
• Knowledge of automotive painting techniques and paint systems.
• Experience in spray painting, color mixing, and surface preparation.
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment efficiently.
• Good understanding of safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions.
