Role Overview
This is a strategic, high-level leadership opportunity with a leading automotive company in
Doha, Qatar
.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will manage the planning department, overseeing inventory lifecycle, supply chain coordination, and market-driven pricing strategies.
Core Responsibilities
- **Forecasting & Procurement:**
- Drive annual sales orders and develop long-term procurement strategies.
- **Inventory Management:**
- Oversee end-to-end stock levels (on-ground and in-transit) to maximize turnover and prevent aging inventory.
- **Market Analysis:**
- Conduct competitive benchmarking regarding pricing, models, and accessories to maintain a market edge.
- **Supply Chain:**
- Manage relationships and ordering processes with international manufacturers.
- **Strategic Reporting:**
- Provide data-driven insights to the GM regarding stock health and sales performance.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and mentor the planning team in a 6-day work week environment.
Minimum Requirements
- **Location:**
- Must be currently based in
- Qatar or the GCC
- .
- **Availability:**
- Immediate joiners or those with a
- 30-day notice period

- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- **Languages:**
- Native-level English proficiency is required; Arabic is considered a significant advantage.
