Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in authority approvals.
- Hands-on experience with DM, DDA, DSO, Concordia, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Dubai South, JAFZA, DEZ, Meydan, Meraas, etc.
- Experience in engineering consultancy, fit-out, or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of submission procedures, NOCs, permits, and completion approvals.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications to relevant authorities.
- Follow up on approvals, permits, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
- Ensure compliance with authority regulations and project requirements.
