Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex and group audit assignments, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Allocate team workloads, monitor engagement performance, and manage billing and collections.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation in line with IFRS and professional standards.
• Lead client meetings and communicate findings, recommendations and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with audit quality, independence and client acceptance requirements.
• Maintain client relationships and manage engagement expectations.
• Support team performance through feedback and professional development.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Accounting or a related field.
• Essential CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least six years of post-qualification auditing experience.
• Experience in a leading professional services firm or large multinational organization.
• Experience managing audit engagements and leading teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and audit methodologies.
• Client management, communication, presentation, leadership, analytical and organizational skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
