Role Description
The Audit Associate will work on-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in a full-time capacity.
This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of financial audits, reviewing financial statements, and testing internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
The Audit Associate will analyze financial data, document audit findings, prepare working papers and reports, and support senior team members in delivering high-quality audit engagements.
Daily responsibilities include coordinating with client teams, maintaining organized audit documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement in audit processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and core Finance concepts, with the ability to interpret and analyze financial data.
- Experience or training in Auditing and Financial Audits, including understanding of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for identifying discrepancies, trends, and risks within financial records and reports.
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, or a semi-qualified professional (ACCA, CPA, or CA), with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency with accounting and audit software, and solid MS Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and capacity to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members professionally.
- Commitment to ethical standards, confidentiality, and continuous professional development.
- Salary -AED 3,500 to AED 5,000
