Audiovisual Project Coordinator

Manage and support activities related to international film co production projects.

Coordinate and handle tasks linked to film festivals and industry events.

Plan and promote post production packaging, including multilingual film content.

Maintain communication and coordination with international partners and organizations.

Assist in managing project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.

Support marketing and promotional activities for film projects when needed.

Handle additional tasks and special assignments as directed by management.

Ensure smooth coordination between different stakeholders involved in projects.

University degree or higher education in any field will be preferred.

Minimum 3 years of experience in writing, administration, audiovisual production, or communication related roles.

Basic understanding of film post production processes will be an advantage.

Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
