The Audio Visual Technician is described as helping maintain hotel safety and functionality while supporting guest and team-member experiences.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and physical functionality of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Respond promptly to guest service calls and team-member work orders.
- Perform repairs and maintenance involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and masonry.
- Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs.
- Document completed inspections and repairs and flag issues requiring further attention.
