Role overview
Deliver Audio Video projects from installation and configuration through commissioning and handover.

Project delivery
- Coordinate with PMC, architects, general contractors, and electrical contractors to clear dependencies and keep work progressing.
- Use Sales/Presales handover, project design, and BOM/BOQ understanding to implement the project.
- Prepare construction drawings with the CAD team and follow up on approvals.
- Submit weekly site-status reports and ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations.
- Oversee installation, programming, testing, and commissioning; manage schedules using Gantt charts.
- Coordinate rack building, equipment mounting, cable management, and programmer-led testing.
- Complete handover documentation, support procurement documentation, and attend review calls as needed.
Experience and work requirements
- At least 4 years of experience handling AV projects is stated in the description.
- The experience section separately specifies 3 years of AV project handling as required.
- Ability to work on a construction worksite and a thorough understanding of technical products and services for procurement documentation are required.
