Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle receiving, parking, staging, and dispatch; track arrivals and departures and maintain inventory records.
- Coordinate vehicle positioning and readiness for inspections, photography, and auctions; conduct routine checks and report visible damage or discrepancies.
- Keep vehicles in designated locations and support preparation for scheduled auction activities.
- Coordinate with drivers, transport providers, auction teams, and other departments.
- Supervise daily yard activities when required, follow operating procedures, promote safety, and maintain a clean, secure, efficient yard.
Candidate requirements
- Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Practical, hands-on approach and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
