- Juris Doctor degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice in New Mexico Experience in Estate Planning and Probate High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Strong drafting skills Strong communication skills
Ideal Candidate
Enjoys trust and estate work and intends to stay in that practice area long term. Probate litigation experience is a plus. For those familiar with Patrick Lencioni’s working genius model, we are looking for tenacity. Relative comfort & ability to interact with clients. Involved in the local community. Lives in the Albuquerque or Rio Rancho metropolitan areas (not a requirement). Open to a non-traditional law firm business model and growth trajectory. Experience working with nonprofits and/or churches a plus. Willing to prioritize customer service over maximal billing.
