Role Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth and fostering strong client relationships by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities while supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Responsibilities

include assisting with strategy creation, reporting and team guidance, researching prospects to generate leads, developing targeted sales presentations, and nurturing client relationships.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.

The Assistant Sales Manager will contribute to the overall success of Innovant's sales and business strategies through hands-on involvement and forward-thinking initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development: Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and business-to-business sales experience.
  • Analytical and Planning Skills: Proficiency in strategy creation, data analysis, and effective reporting to support sales objectives.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging clients, delivering presentations, and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with business consulting services, including accounting, finance, and taxation, is a significant advantage.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience in working with diverse teams to achieve sales targets and organizational goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the corporate and regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related technologies would be beneficial.
