The role covers end-to-end development, system integration, troubleshooting, deployment, and continuous improvement.
Application development and delivery
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java-based technologies.
- Develop frontend and backend components using Java, Swing, JSF, Angular or React, and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP web-service integrations.
- Develop and optimize PL/SQL procedures, queries, packages, and database objects; work with Oracle and MySQL.
- Manage deployments and configuration on JBOSS and WebLogic; use Maven and ANT for builds and dependencies.
- Develop reports using Jasper Reports or BIRT, and implement containerized solutions using Docker.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and maintain source-code repositories using Git or SVN.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participate in planning, implementation, testing, rollout, and support; maintain performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
- Prepare technical, deployment, and support documentation; follow cybersecurity and data-protection policies.
- Perform other duties related to the role and company operations as assigned.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Science.
- General experience requirement: 5–8 years.
- Experience working on projects within the catering domain.
- Knowledge of deployment automation and DevOps practices.
Technical skills
- Java, Swing, JSF, Spring Boot, and Angular or React.
- RESTful and SOAP web services; PL/SQL; Oracle and MySQL.
- JBOSS or WebLogic; Maven and ANT; Jasper Reports or BIRT.
- Docker; Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools; Git or SVN.
