Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Marketing at Al Messila, located in Doha.
The Assistant Director of Marketing will oversee daily marketing activities, build strategic marketing plans, and analyze market trends to develop innovative campaigns to drive brand engagement and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
include managing marketing initiatives, conducting detailed market research, creating promotional strategies, and collaborating with sales teams to meet organizational goals.
The role demands coordination across departments to enhance the resort's position in a competitive marketplace.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry insights.
- Expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management to develop and oversee strategic campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and impact.
- Strong Sales and collaborative skills for working cross-functionally to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to effectively manage teams and measure campaign performance.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality marketing strategies or prior experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- A proven track record of delivering successful marketing projects within a fast-paced and competitive environment.
