Associate Therapist
Role Overview
As a therapist for our outpatient you will provide professional mental health services to a variety of clients.
This role involves delivering exceptional care to clients through individual and group therapy sessions, creating personalized treatment plans and fostering a supportive environment for mental health healing and growth.

Qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Hold a Master’s degree.
- A minimum of 1 year's clinical experience, focusing on adult and adolescent mental health.
- Required Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated skill in planning and leading psychotherapy groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the needs of diverse clients and staff.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Ability to diagnose behavioral health problems and disorders and develop treatment plan based on a completed assessment.
- Knowledge of diagnostic impressions or criteria.
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
- Involve and advise family members when appropriate.
- Knowledge of individual and group therapy techniques.
- Ability to demonstrate clinical skills of empathy, joining, observation and assessment.
- Pay:
- Associate pay range is between $30-$38 per hour depending on experience, certifications, and hours accumulated.
- The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11am-730pm fully on-site, plus Tuesdays for a 2 hour supervision block and Thursdays from 2PM to 4PM for a weekly clinical meeting and which may be attended virtually.
