Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Full-stack development proficiency is required, with Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and ReactJS specified.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, written and verbal communication, attention to detail, prioritization, accountability, and teamwork skills are required.
Preferred experience
- Python, IVR development, and Avaya OD development are preferred but not required.
- Prior contact-center project experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Learn Tetherfi products and receive training and mentoring in IVR, Visual IVR, and enterprise application integrations.
- Develop IVR and Visual IVR applications and custom enterprise integrations; build subject-matter expertise in IVR and Visual IVR.
- Review code, enforce coding standards, and set up and maintain continuous integration pipelines.
- Join design discussions, support task estimation, and help support teams resolve escalated issues.
- Assist with production deployments and releases; mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Work arrangement
