Create detailed test plans and test cases.
Design, develop, maintain, and execute Selenium-based automated tests for web applications.
Configure and troubleshoot test environments and frameworks; maintain scalable, reusable, reliable automation frameworks.
Set automation strategy and execution plans; estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing across releases.
Run automated regression and functional tests and analyze results.
Improve testing methods, tools, and automation coverage; report status and testing insights.
Debug defects across web, API, mobile, and related application components.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Four to six years of automation software testing experience.
Strong hands-on Selenium WebDriver expertise for web application automation.
Experience with automation frameworks, including tools such as TestNG and TDD/BDD-based frameworks.
Hands-on API testing and API automation experience.
Working knowledge of defect tracking, test management tools, and Git operations; Azure DevOps is preferred.
Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, smoke, system, UAT, and database testing.
Database and SQL validation experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.
Performance and stress testing experience required; JMeter is an added advantage.

Manual and automation testing strength and web application automation expertise.
Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
Mobile automation for iOS and Android using relevant frameworks.
Automated test execution and continuous testing practices.
CI/CD familiarity, including Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
Automation framework architecture, design patterns, scalability, and maintenance practices.
Debugging across web, API, and mobile applications.
