Senior Software Engineer

Job Description :

Essential Job Functions:

· Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable fundamental data models and core database schemas.

· Build and maintain introductory ELT pipeline layers using dbt inside Snowflake architectures.

· Develop, schedule, and monitor routine orchestration steps and operational data pipelines using Airflow tools.

· Write efficient, clean SQL scripts and queries targeted toward accurate large-scale structured processing.

· Ensure data quality, integrity, and validation mechanisms by executing strict unit testing configurations.

· Create intuitive dashboards and reporting experiences for business and clinical stakeholders using Sigma.

· Work directly within Agile teams while continuously supporting incremental CI/CD engineering workflow improvements.

Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering in Any Specialization (CSE preferred) BCA / MCA - Bachelor of Computer Applications / Master of Computer Applications
  • Minimum Experience:
  • Minimum 0-2 years of foundational experience as a data engineer, software developer, or through technical internship structures.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • · Expertise with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • · SQL proficiency; exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
  • · Familiarity with data modelling and transformation frameworks (dbt preferred).
  • · Experience building dashboards in Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data quality and business context.
  • Ability to translate business questions into clear analytical plans with support from teammates.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines
  • Understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns and best practices
  • Good Have:
  • · Experience with any one programming language preferred Java, Python
  • · Understanding of REST APIs
  • · Working experience with Snowflake.
  • · Proficiency in DBT (data build tool) for transformations and modelling
  • · Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for orchestration and scheduling
  • BCA / MCA - Bachelor of Computer Applications / Master of Computer Applications
