Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to technical support inquiries related to Network Security products (Firewalls, email security, DLP solutions, Broadcom IGA, Symantec EDR etc.)
- Help analyze and troubleshoot basic technical issues under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Document support cases, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and learn from their expertise.
- Participate in knowledge base creation and maintenance for common issues and solutions.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and product updates to enhance your technical knowledge.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of network architecture, computer systems, and security protocols.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity and eagerness to learn about identity management and endpoint protection.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Exposure to or interest in technologies such as:
- o Firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco)
- o Microsoft PKI (Public Key Infrastructure)
- o Email Security (Proofpoint)
- o DLP Solutions (Proofpoint and Forecpoint)
- o nCipher HSM (Hardware Security Module)
- o Tripwire Enterprise
- o Broadcom Symantec SEP, EDR, CAS
- o Broadcom IGA (CA Identity Manager Suite)
