Role Overview
The Associate Sales Support Specialist supports the U.S. sales team through administrative coordination, CRM management, order processing, and customer interaction.
The position follows a hybrid schedule with three nights in the office and two nights remote.
Work Hours
- Work hours are 8:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST, Monday through Friday, aligned with U.S. Central business hours.
Sales Support
- Maintain CRM systems such as Salesforce and Odoo with accurate sales data.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams.
- Track orders, follow up on documentation, support reporting, and maintain sales records.
Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries by email, chat, or phone.
- Provide basic product information, order updates, and support.
- Escalate complex issues and maintain professional customer communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- One to two years of sales support or customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations.
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and B2B or B2C sales processes.
