Responsibilities

  • Sales Support Account Manager
  • Are you ready to take on a high-impact role where you’ll develop customer relationships, drive business continuity, and accelerate growth? As a Sales Support Account Manager, you’ll step into strategically important territories, acting as the face of our business while ensuring customers continue to receive the highest level of service.

  • Maintain customer trust and drive revenue during transition periods. Manage multiple territories, customers, and opportunities at once. Become a trusted advisor to customers while expanding your network.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the interim sales representative for inactive territories (up to 3 at a time).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer needs and support.
  • Review and progress open opportunities, collaborating with DSMs and branch teams.
  • Provide account administration support (invoices, PO changes, credits, service orders).
  • Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to grow account value.
  • Ensure smooth transition and handoff once a new Field Sales Representative takes over.

  • Strong customer relationship and account management expertise.
  • Proven ability to cross-sell and upsell effectively.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple territories with attention to detail.
  • Experience in account administration and issue resolution.
