  • Business Development: Drive overall sales through execution of outbound activities across phone, email, and social media to prospective customers
  • Perform outbound outreach to identified prospective clients for events and initial qualifying conversations
  • Serve as a right-hand to your assigned sales team making sure they have everything they need to close deals
  • Participate in the completion of Request for Proposals (RFP’s) for prospective clients
  • Track and report key metrics in CRM system
  • Sales Executive: Develop and own assigned prospect accounts (new logo sales) while owning entire sales process
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare related fields such as Healthcare Administration, Management, Public Health or Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar background or relevant experience required.
  • 3-5 years in client facing roles, preferably in sales, relative to healthcare, benefits, providers, etc. with 2-3 years in sales or business development managing opportunities of $1M+ ARR throughout long sales cycles (12-18months), across multi-stakeholder organizations, inclusive of clinical, procurement, finance and executive leadership.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and driven to exceed goals.
  • Must be able to think outside the box. A great work ethic and willingness to be coached.
  • Executive presence in C-suite settings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities both internally and externally.
  • Preferred qualifications: existing payer relationships, oncology/specialty benefit management experience, RFP experience with health plans, understanding of prior authorization workflows. Desire to grow into a VP of Sales.
