Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, Content Development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated experience creating professional training materials, presentations, job aids, or digital learning content.
- Strong written communication, editing, storytelling, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex product, technical, or process information for varied audiences.
- Strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed stakeholders.
