Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN licensure appropriate to state of residence regulations or home based hospital required.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Five years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Two years of recent CNO experience (within the last 5 years upon hire) with responsibilities including 24 hour accountability, FTE Management, policy and procedure development, budgetary oversight, and disciplinary action oversight.
- Minimum 1 year of employment with the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
