What You’ll Do

  • Here
  • Review project deliverables and assign resources based on project specific requirements
  • Monitor daily in-house bandwidth and resolve timing or capacity bottlenecks
  • Track daily task progress to ensure project milestones are met
  • Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to forecast and secure freelance talent
  • Keep documentation current, including Creative Resource tracker and Advantage training deck
  • Lead weekly resourcing meetings with account, project and creative team leads
  • Motivate team members to complete tasks on time and within budget
  • Assist project management leads in gaining hands-on experience with timeline development, estimating, and budget tracking
  • We Need a Person With
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 1+ years of resource or project management experience in a digital or creative agency
  • Marketing, e-commerce and retail experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Advantage, Asana, Parallax or equivalent project and resource management tools
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong organization and communication
  • Superior multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle change effectively with a positive attitude
  • Reliable in managing progress and escalating team needs
  • Thrives in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
