Associate Project Manager

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Engineering Project Management, Operations, or a similar execution-focused role.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and dependencies.
• Strong project planning, coordination, tracking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical and operational requirements and work effectively with engineering and non-engineering teams.
• Strong ownership and follow-through; comfortable working in situations where there is ambiguity and no predefined playbook.
• Aerospace, defence, automotive, manufacturing, hardware, or other complex engineering environments would be preferred.
• Comfortable working in a 6-day work week environment and willingness to work extended hours based on project requirements.
