  • Build machinery knowledge and contribute lessons learned, standardisation, innovation and continuous improvement.

Essential requirements

  • Willingness to travel regularly to project sites and supplier facilities.
  • Commitment to learning, safe working and professional development.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC) throughout employment.

Helpful but not essential

  • Experience in rotating equipment, mechanical engineering, maintenance, operations, construction, commissioning or project support.
  • Awareness of gas turbines, compressors, electric drives, auxiliary systems, machinery controls or condition monitoring.
  • Experience with NEC contracts or fixed-price or target-cost delivery arrangements.
  • Progress towards APM, Engineering Council or another relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience in a regulated, high-hazard or safety-critical industry.

Benefits

  • Pension with double-match contributions of up to 12% from the company and an annual performance bonus of up to 6%.
  • 26 days of holiday plus statutory holidays, life assurance, income protection and flexible benefits including healthcare, dental and technology options.
