**Job Title:** Associate Professor – Law, Business & General Courses (Math, Physics & Chemistry)
Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Associate Professor to join a reputable higher education institution in Saudi Arabia.
The role involves teaching across Law, Business, and selected General Education courses (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry), along with contributing to research, academic leadership, and curriculum development.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence, applied research, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate lectures in Law, Business, and/or General Education courses as appropriate
- Contribute to curriculum development, course design, and program improvement initiatives
- Supervise student research, theses, and capstone projects
- Maintain an active research agenda and publish in recognized academic journals
- Participate in accreditation, quality assurance, and academic program reviews
- Mentor junior faculty and support academic advising
- Engage in departmental planning, committees, and institutional initiatives
- Promote interdisciplinary teaching and collaboration across faculties
Requirements
- PhD in Law, Business, or a relevant discipline (additional or interdisciplinary qualifications are an advantage)
- Minimum 4–5 years of higher education teaching and research experience
- Proven record of research publications and academic contributions
- Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance processes
- Ability to contribute to General Education courses (Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry) is desirable
- Strong communication and teaching skills in English
- Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia preferred
