About Glomo
Glomo provides regulated infrastructure for cross-border money movement out of India, including licences, bank integrations, compliance tools, and settlement rails.
Customers use Glomo for onboarding, KYC and compliance checks, cross-border fund movement and settlement, and reconciliation.
Products include LRS remittances, global investing, card issuance, and treasury.
Glomo is regulated by IFSCA through its GIFT City entity; compliance is treated as part of the product.
The role
Hiring an Associate Product Manager / Product Manager reporting directly to the founders; level depends on experience.
This is a business product role combining merchant-facing selling and product decisions, not simply a feature desk for sales.
What you'll do
- Run discovery and demos, map merchant needs to Glomo products, and work with sales to close.
- Bring merchant feedback and market insight to product roadmap prioritization.
- Write PRDs and user flows for owned features and work with engineering and design through launch.
- Drive merchant integration and onboarding; resolve blockers across operations, compliance, and merchant teams.
- Track usage and conversion, identify drop-off, and improve adoption.
- Partner with compliance, legal, and risk so products meet IFSCA and FEMA/LRS requirements from day one.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of work experience including client-facing sales, such as account executive, inside sales, pre-sales, or enterprise business development; software or technology sales preferred.
- MBA from a premier Indian business school.
- Able to run discovery calls and demos, handle objections, and manage client relationships.
- Structured thinking and clear writing; able to turn customer problems into simple specifications.
- Comfortable with Excel and ideally basic SQL to analyze funnels and size opportunities.
- Effective use of AI tools for research, analysis, writing specifications, and prototyping, with awareness of their limitations.
- Curious about technical products and able to discuss APIs and integrations with engineers.
- Takes ownership, moves quickly, and follows through independently.
Good to have
- Financial services experience in banking, payments, fintech, broking, wealth management, or mutual funds.
- Cross-border payments experience or working knowledge of LRS, FEMA, or KYC/AML.
- A product internship or prior product experience, early-stage startup experience, or an engineering undergraduate degree.
