Associate Product Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop network design tools and models for Click & Collect, fulfillment, delivery, and future store network decisions.
• Analyze customer catchments, network capacity, service outcomes, and cost per order to find optimization opportunities.
• Run complex scenarios to assess trade-offs in cost, capacity, customer service, resilience, and future growth.
• Translate analysis into recommendations for network planning, investment prioritization, and business cases.
• Build reusable, documented analytical frameworks and improve modeling reliability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in network design, supply chain, last-mile logistics, data science, operations research, or advanced analytics, ideally in a complex operating environment.
• Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming and production-quality code.
• Experience developing optimization and simulation models using relevant methods, including linear programming, constraint programming, discrete-event simulation, or heuristics.
• Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and communicate insights and technical recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree.

Tools and additional experience

• Exposure to PuLP, OR-Tools, or Pyomo is valued.
• Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Azure, or geospatial analytics experience is ideal.
