Role overview

Seeks an experienced Associate Product Lifecycle Management professional to lead cross-functional execution of CPG launches, renovations, and discontinuations.

Coordinates concurrent projects across Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Finance.

Reports to the Product Lifecycle Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead launches, renovations, and discontinuations from approval through commercialization and in-market launch.
  • Maintain integrated project plans, timelines, milestones, owners, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Facilitate project meetings that produce clear decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate risk mitigation and monitor launch readiness; escalate issues and drive corrective actions.
  • Coordinate product transitions and delistings while minimizing inventory risk and business disruption.

Required qualifications

  • 2–5 years managing product launches, renovations, discontinuations, or product lifecycle activities in a CPG environment.
  • Experience leading complete product launches through commercialization, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Hands-on stage-gate experience and understanding of product commercialization activities.
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar; Monday.com is a strong asset.
