Role: Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO Functional Manager for HR and SCM.
Requires 12–16 years of ERP consulting experience, including 8–10 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO, especially payroll.
Role scope
- Lead end-to-end D365 FO HR implementations, including payroll and Hire-to-Retire work.
- Work across HR modules including recruitment, employee self-service, leave, performance, training, skills, organizational structure, payroll, and compensation.
- Handle system configuration, data migration, and user adoption.
- Perform solution architecture, fit-gap analysis, and process mapping.
- Lead large teams and global implementations.
- SCM scope may include P2P, O2C, inventory, warehousing, transportation, master planning, and demand forecasting.
- Mentoring, workshop facilitation, and client demonstrations are listed among additional skills.
Mandatory skills
- End-to-end D365 FO HR implementations.
- Strong payroll and Hire-to-Retire experience.
- Functional expertise in D365 FO and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.
- Experience with Visual Studio, LCS, Power Platform, and Azure DevOps.
- Strong client and stakeholder skills.
- Mandatory skills also list D365 F&O - Human Resources and O9 - SCMP.
Preferred skills
- SCM processes covering P2P and O2C; inventory, warehousing, transportation, master planning, and demand forecasting.
- Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Azure Services, and third-party integrations.
- Multicountry and multientity rollouts.
- MB-330 certification.
