Role overview

Office-based Associate Practice Director role in Professional Services for SaaS HR technology.

Leads practice strategy, portfolio performance, delivery excellence, customer outcomes, talent development, and scalable service offerings.

Works across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Alliances, and Support.

Practice strategy and delivery

  • Define practice strategy, operating model, governance, and service portfolio aligned with business priorities.
  • Translate Workforce AI capabilities and customer needs into scalable services and advisory offerings.
  • Own portfolio revenue, margin, utilization, quality, customer satisfaction, risks, and strategic commitments.
  • Lead complex customer engagements, solution shaping, escalations, and delivery governance.
  • Build senior customer relationships and drive cross-functional alignment from opportunity through value realization.

People and AI leadership

  • Build and lead an organization of Practice Managers, architects, consultants, and delivery leaders.
  • Develop future leaders through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and capability development.
  • Shape how AI capabilities are positioned, implemented, adopted, and operationalized for customers.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Workforce AI and practical AI capabilities.
  • Ability to lead practice strategy and operations and connect business needs with product, solution design, integrations, and delivery.
  • Experience leading teams, senior customer engagements, and critical delivery escalations.
