What You'Ll Be Doing
As an Associate for Paid Media with Level Shoes, you will support in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms.
This is an execution-focused role suitable for a candidate with 1 to 2 years of experience, covering campaign setup support, daily checks, basic optimization, reporting, and insight sharing.
The role also supports marketing collaboration campaigns with the brands we carry as a multi-brand e-commerce platform, assisting with planning, coordination, campaign launch, performance tracking, and reporting.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include The Below
- Support the planning, setup, launch, and optimization of paid media campaigns across SEM, Apple Search Ads, paid social, and display channels.
- Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and flag key changes, risks, or opportunities to improve traffic, conversions, app installs, and efficiency.
- Assist with audience setup, creative testing, keyword updates, budget checks, and basic optimization actions based on performance trends.
- Coordinate with Trade, CRM, Content, and Social Media teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with commercial priorities.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, spend, revenue, traffic, and engagement.
- Share clear observations and recommendations to support campaign improvements and better decision-making.
- Support brand collaboration campaigns by coordinating campaign requirements, timelines, assets, budgets, launch checks, and post-campaign reporting.
- Maintain accurate campaign documentation, naming conventions, tracking links, and performance records across platforms.
- Communicate updates and results clearly with internal teams and support alignment with external brand partners when required.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or e-commerce marketing.
- You have basic hands-on experience in Google Ads and paid social campaign execution.
- You have an understanding of campaign setup, tracking, monitoring, and optimization.
- You have basic reporting and data analysis skills; GA4 knowledge preferred.
- You are attentive details.
- You have the ability to support multiple campaigns and marketing collaborations simultaneously.
- You are a good communicator with good coordination skills with internal teams and brand partners.
- You are interested in digital marketing trends, platform updates, and continuous learning.
