Experience
1-4 years of experience in Recruitment or talent acquisition (SAP exp preferred)
Core Accountabilities
:
Assist in coordinating and carrying out the onboarding and induction process
Asist in enlisting new employees in orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
Assist in the development of reporting dashboards for Onboarding activities
Assist in the development of the onboarding kit for new employees
Assist in writing and sending emails to new employees regarding , the position, and general policies .
Assist in the development of the policies onboarding handbook for new employees as a quick entrance to the Entity.
Supporting Accountabilities
Provide recommendations and contribute to the functions of policies and procedures
pertaining to the scope of work that falls under his/her supervision
