Making an impact.

What will you do?

• In this role, you will prepare, compile, review, and maintain project documents including drawings, specifications, method statements, QAPs, inspection reports, MOMs, progress reports, transmittals, and correspondence.
• Additionally, you will ensure effective document control through proper version management, timely distribution, and maintenance of accurate records for internal teams, vendors, and clients.
• Furthermore, you will track document submission schedules, follow up with stakeholders, and support the preparation of documents required for statutory approvals, customer submissions, and project handover dossiers.
• Meanwhile, you will coordinate logistics activities related to dispatch, transportation, delivery schedules, gate passes, packing lists, delivery challans, and site receipt of materials and equipment.
• Consequently, you will maintain material tracking logs, monitor material movement, liaise with logistics vendors and transporters, and provide regular status updates to the project team.
• Moreover, you will act as a key coordination link between engineering, procurement, logistics, and site execution teams, ensuring timely availability of approved documents and material records while helping resolve project-related issues.
• Finally, you will maintain compliance with project procedures and customer requirements, support audits and reviews, and generate periodic reports on documentation and logistics activities to facilitate effective project monitoring.

• You must be Graduate Engineer with experience in EPC Project execution knowledge.
