Overview

Forecasting and Reporting Systems

• Support forecasting and reporting analysts and managers by streaming data from SAP to TM1 through Alteryx and into the commercial toolkit.
• Anchor planning and forecast streams according to the Integrated Business Planning calendar.
• Create and maintain planning scenarios for topline forecasting and planning cycles.
• Ensure consistency of data across systems and perform reconciliations to eliminate failure modes.
• Manage SKU and product ID availability and data quality for new customers and SKUs.
• Communicate with stakeholders about submissions and data updates.
• Perform weekly Revenue and D&A checks to minimize errors during month-end close.

Dashboards and Analytics

• Support continuous improvements, simplifications, process remediations, and control remediations.
• Maintain Power BI dashboarding tools and manage user access.
• Create views with business insights.
• Manage dataflow linkage into Tableau Cockpit dashboards.
• Provide topline commercial analytics and contribute to ad hoc analysis that generates business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance.
• 4-7 years of experience in Finance with exposure to techno-commercial deliverables.
• 1-2 years of user experience in TM1 and Power BI or Tableau.
• High level of analytical capability.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong ability to work in Excel.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
