Role Overview
To take the efforts forward, the overall convergence has been to build a dedicated team to begin with, as per the following chart.
Of this, there will be internal candidates who will be identified for some of the profiles and for Business Development, the mandate is to look out for the best and most competent candidates with requisite experience.
ORGANISATION CHART KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Strategic Data Roadmap & Execution Define and lead the implementation of a long-term data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Prioritize data initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and innovation potential.
Leadership & Team Development Manage and grow a high-performing data and analytics team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Set clear goals, conduct performance reviews, and support career development.
Advanced Data Analysis & Business Insights Oversee the use of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R) to extract insights that drive strategic decisions.
Ensure analytical outputs are aligned with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Data Visualization & Executive Reporting Guide the development of dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support executive decision-making.
Ensure visualizations are impactful, accurate, and tailored to diverse audiences.
Overall Project SLAs Low Time-to-Insight High Data Utilization Rate KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Discom.
INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Cross functional team consisting of OPS/PMO/Finance etc.
FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS OTHER DIMENSIONS Must have handled the data in excess of 1 million rows.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS B. Tech (Electrical/Computers) BCA / MCA Certification in Python / Data Analytics / data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 9 to 15 years of Experience.
