Associate Logistics Specialist

, you will be coordinating and optimizing logistics operations that ensure the seamless flow of goods across Grundfos's global supply chain network.

What You Will Be Doing

  • As a key part of the Supply Chain Logistics team, you'll create impact by Driving operational excellence in logistics processes that directly support Grundfos's mission to deliver sustainable water and climate solutions worldwide..
  • Your main responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with shipping regulations
  • Monitor and optimize transportation routes, carrier performance, and freight costs to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams, production planning, and procurement to align logistics activities with demand
  • Maintain accurate shipment documentation, track orders in ERP systems, and resolve delivery discrepancies
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics KPIs and identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and external logistics partners to resolve issues and prevent delays

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Above all, you are a detail-oriented logistics professional with strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to continuously improve supply chain performance.
  • We would also imagine that you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation, freight management, and international trade basics
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • It is a plus if you also:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with lean or continuous improvement methodologies
  • Usage of AI for reporting and dashboards
