Position Overview
Boeing Global Services is seeking an Associate Logistics Services Representative to assist in maintenance efforts at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Qatar.
Field Operations employees may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer and/or management requirements.
Position Responsibilities
- Perform Program Work Statements (PWS) requirements related to warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle repair cycle, packaging, handling, shipping and transportation (PHS&T).
- Perform demand processing, material distribution, acquiring resources, and assist in providing technical processes to deliver statement of work deliverables.
- Perform tasks to the standards of the contractual and cultural requirements.
- Coordinate transportation from domestic/international military and maintenance teams.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, supply support, supply chain and/or military supply experience.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain and/or logistics and/or transportation logistics for a large company or as a third-party logistics manager.
- 5+ years of experience with warehouse operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Field Operations experience is preferred.
- International customer Field Support experience in the Middle East is preferred.
- Aviation logistics background, preferably F series or Air Force Logistics.
Field Operations Requirements
Employees must be willing and able to travel to a variety of locations (domestic and/or international) potentially on short notice to meet customer requirements.
Specific contracts could require deployment to a US DOD contingency operation.
Employees associated with these contracts must be able to pass military contractor health standards for deployment.
Employment Details
This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Al Udeid AB, Qatar.
Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are commensurate with experience and qualifications in accordance with applicable Qatar law.
Employment is subject to the candidate's ability to satisfy all Qatar labor and immigration formalities.
Employer is willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
Relocation is offered based on candidate eligibility.
