Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Manage landscape projects through all aspects of the design process.
• Direct junior landscape architects and lead teams delivering assigned projects.
• Deliver landscape projects to high-quality, timely, and cost-effective standards in line with client expectations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff.
• Guide the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of assigned projects.
• Coordinate internal disciplines and manage outside sub-consultants.
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for designated project opportunities.
• Perform other related tasks as directed.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from an accredited university or college programme.
• Professional registration, licensure, or chartership with an internationally recognized professional association.
• Expert understanding of landscape architecture’s aesthetic, technical, resource, and financial components.
• Expert understanding of production techniques, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to develop technical scopes of work, resource allocations, and financial fees.
• Construction administration experience on landscape projects.
• Expert understanding of industry codes, standards, health and safety requirements, and sustainability regulations.
• Expert understanding of regional construction industry practices and local construction methods.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to landscape architecture.
