Role overview
Full-time, on-site retail associate role based in Jeddah.
Supports customers and store operations to provide a positive shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, answer questions, and provide product information.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, monitor inventory, and keep the store clean and orderly.
- Process checkout payments accurately and follow return and exchange procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support supervisor-assigned operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Customer service, clear communication, basic numeracy, and cash-handling skills are required.
- Organization, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility for full-time shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems and store applications is required.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is advantageous but not required; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads in line with safety guidelines.
- Follow company policies, health and safety standards, and ethical business practices.
