Associate, Inventory
Role Overview
The Inventory Auditor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across the distribution center through disciplined cycle counts, prompt research and resolution of discrepancies, and reconciliation of physical inventory to the system of record.
This role partners closely with DC and store leadership to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly, ensuring inventory integrity that supports on-time delivery, accurate financial reporting, and a strong guest experience.

Required Qualifications:
- · Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- · Experience: 1+ years of inventory, warehouse, or distribution center experience preferred.
- · Experience using handheld scanners, RF devices, and warehouse management or inventory systems.
- · Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive counting and data entry tasks accurately.
- · Solid math, research, and reconciliation skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and inventory reports.
- · Strong communication skills; able to collaborate with DC associates, store teams, and leadership.
- · Self-motivated with a sense of urgency to identify and resolve inventory issues quickly; valid driver's license required for travel to local stores.
- Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- · Physical Demands: Lifting (up to 50 lbs. regularly; team lift for heavier furniture), standing/walking (75% of time), climbing (use of ladders and order picker equipment), travel (25% of time to local stores).
- · Work Environment: Distribution center / warehouse; non-climate-controlled areas; exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise.
- · Schedule: Weekdays, weekends, evenings.
