2+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, project management, organizational development, or related disciplines.

Experience supporting medium-to-large transformation initiatives.

Knowledge of change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and workshops.

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to influence without direct authority.

5+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, organizational development, or transformation initiatives.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.

Experience influencing senior leaders and facilitating executive-level discussions.

Strong analytical, consulting, and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

7+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, training, organizational development, or transformation initiatives.

Preferred Experience :

Intermediate Change Management Specialist:

Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent change management certification

Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery environments.
