Position Description

  • Key member of the Mumbai based Institutional Equity Sales team.
  • Early-Career position that progressively grows in seniority. Key Areas of Responsibilities
  • Sales/Relationship Management: Independently manage 15-20 Emerging Clients (Long Only & Hedge Funds), and Support Head of Sales in a few Large Clients.
  • Key Account Management: Be on top of the Client Teams, their Investment Style, Service Requirements & Broker Review/Voting process.
  • Ideate: Customize Money Making ideas based on CLSA Research, marring it with the client’s investment styles & investment objectives.
  • Collaborate: With Research, ECM, Corporate Access, Senior Sales, Sales Trading & Regional Sales to deliver Client Success.
  • Performance Measure: Achieve Top Tier rating for CLSA with all clients under coverage.
  • Desk Support: Assist the Head of Sales in various initiatives & projects. Requirements
